Kyle Hill Knows This

Kyle began podcasting in 2020 at the age of 44. He often jokes that starting service-based podcasts has been his mid life crisis projects. Kyle had to figure it all out on his own, without any assistance from a virtual assistant, producer, or even anyone he knew on a personal level who had experience. Now he's excited to be providing what he has learned for others so that they can share their passions with the world too! And no, he's not a tech savvy person. The good news is that you don't need to be either in order to start your new Passion Project! Just like you, he was scared like crazy when he started , but his passion for helping educators, parents, and community members who work with children and teenagers drove him forward through any challenges that he faced.

Background

Kyle has created and hosted multiple podcasts and virtual summits focused on helping educators, parents, and community members with supporting kids and teenagers. His biggest life passion though is his own family. He's a proud husband and dad of 3 kids. If you ever hear him on any family podcasts (there's a video below as an example), you'll often hear him say how his kids are his heroes because they have had to work to overcome so many difficult challenges. From medical needs to neurodivergent struggles and much more, his twin girls and college-attending son inspire him every day through their perseverance and determination. His other main passion is helping kids and teenagers reach their amazing potential. Kyle was an award winning elementary school teacher for 20 years, District-Wide Intervention Resource Lead for 5 years, and is currently an Education Professor who works with future teachers. He and his wife Nicole believe in leading a life of service for others as they are both active volunteers in their local community. Nicole's main role is coordinating a non profit Pre-K reading initiative and she is also a member of the local school board, while Kyle has years of experience coaching everything from T-Ball to boys and girls high school soccer. He also created and led a county-wide committee that teams up with the schools and service providers to provide resources for students and their families.

Since 2020, Kyle has funneled these main passions into his podcasts, livestream webinars, and virtual summit events. Yep, he did all of them "bootstrapping" it the whole way. He didn't use an assistant or producer. In fact, today he still even edits all of his own content. As the Founder of RechargED Family Media, Kyle attempts to use these various outlets to help others.

Now he wants to help you learn how to take your passion and share it with the world too!
